Send your own Operation Beautiful Note to seebriderun@gmail.comand Caitlin will post it on the site. If you have a blog, be sure to include a link!

Write a motivating note on a post it and put it up in a public place— such as on a bathroom mirror, in the gym locker room, or even on a random car’s windshield.  If you want, you can write the web address on the bottom so other women can find the site!

If you send me your photo, it becomes the property of and may be used on the site or in other media.

  1. Caitlin, thank you for creating a vehicle that will inspire others to give random acts of kindness to people they may never know. Their small notes with encouraging words just may help someone to think more positively & brighten their day…. it will definitely brighten the day of the person leaving it. You have made a difference and so have the Operation Beautiful Team of Random Do Gooders!

  2. My sweet daughter Cara sent me your blog. I cannot wait to participate tomorrow in your operation. What a simple way to make others feel special anywhere you go! Kudos!!!

This is a wonderful idea! such a simple concept. Its easy and free, yet the rewards are priceless. I am going to make it one of my daily to do things.

  7. This is such a beautiful idea, and so inspiring! Thank you!

  8. Caitlin! I love this! Random acts of positivity and self-psychology! As a newbie therapist I love this movement – and I am armed with bright new post-its and a sharpie and can’t wait to get started!

  9. Caitlin, thankyou so much for making this, i’m a teenage girl that needs to learn to love her body, and im starting to believe it with all this positivity your website is giving me.
    thank you so much!

  10. I have been told for over 25 years the flaws that people see in me. After a while a person tends to believe what others are saying. I wish that I had this site when I was a 3rd grader, my life could have been so much better with more possibilities if I believed in me.

  11. I don’t suppose you plan on setting up an RSS for this? Or Possibly a Twitter account. I’d love to be able to follow it in both places. I’ve also linked to this on my personal site. I can’t wait to get started spreading the love myself (and it’s a good use of all those post-its I have hanging around).

  12. Today I went to the mall with my pad of sticky notes. I went through the whole mall and the parking lot full of cars. At each store I put notes saying your beautiful just the way you are with the clothes you have on or your beautiful and dont let anyone tell you different, etc. Well going back through the mall to buy my friend a gift I heard people saying they didnt need to buy new clothes or they just smiled. No matter what they did it was worth the hours of work. Im glad I could make a difference.

  13. Caitlin, thanks so much for setting up this website. It made loads of women and girls (including me) more confident and feeling that they are actually beautiful, inside and out. I’m participating in this as well! Shall take a picture of it and send it over some time soon, by the way I’m from Singapore! 😀

  14. Awesome! I just sent my daughter a text message in Portland, Oregon that simply said:
“You are Beautiful!” and the website address, I’ll send a text to someone everyday along with my post it notes in random places. I love this!

  15. I think this is such a great idea , And i cannt wait to be apart! You goooo girl.

  16. I just made up 45 note cards, with as many variations , of “you’re BEAUTIFUL”! I can’t wait to go set them loose on the world! This is such a wonderful thing you’ve started.

  17. This is a great idea. I’m 13 years old, and I heard about you through the Orlando Sentinal. I think I’m going to post a sticky note one of these days…..You are doing a great job.

  18. Now I carry Post-Its and a sharpie in my purse anywhere I go! Great job on creating this! 🙂

  19. I absolutely adore this idea. I’m going to start carrying post-it notes around with me and put one wherever it feels necessary. Because women need to be reminded they ARE beautiful. Inside and out!
